It is our hope to find the perfect home for
"Stuart".
Stuart is a very special little guy. He was born with a cleft palate.  We were told by one vet at birth to let him go, but we felt he deserved a chance. The first months of his life were touch and go.  But he was a fighter and so were we.  Those were some incredible months and we became very close.  When he cut his teeth at 4 months his bottom jaw did not grow as the top so he also now has a significant overbite.  It does not cause him any issues.  Because of the cleft (which has wonderfully lessened as he grew), he MUST be kept on a kibble diet and not fed treats that are chewy nor table scraps.  He is incredibly loving and will snuggle and hug the person he loves.  He is friendly with everyone.  His life has been somewhat sheltered because when you fight for a life as hard as we did, you become very protective.  He's a good boy but will need a strong person who can handle him on a leash as he sometimes pulls hard and fast when he is in a hurry.
I am looking for a special person who would give him a happy home and give him lots of love.  And we would always welcome him back if you needed us.
Stuart was born 10/27/22.
He is neutered, current on worming and vaccinations, and crate trained.
